Can I leave the event and come back?

  •

Absolutely! Once you've checked in, you'll receive a wristband that allows you to come and go throughout the weekend. Please do not remove your wristband, as it serves as your admission.

Are there places to sit and take a break?

  •

Seating is available throughout portions of the venue, although availability may be limited during busy periods. Attendees who need a calm, low-stimulation space may also use the designated Quiet Room.

What should I do if I become overwhelmed?

  •

Take a break, find a quieter area, visit the Quiet Room, get something to eat or drink, or return to your hotel room if you are staying nearby. You may also speak with a staff member if you need assistance.

Is food available at the event?

  •

Yes. The Crowne Plaza has an on-site restaurant serving meals and late-night options. Concessions, snacks, and beverages may also be available in the convention area. Outside food and drinks are prohibited unless medically necessary.

Can I bring a refillable water bottle?

  •

Yes! Empty refillable water bottles are welcome. Water refill stations or drinking fountains may be available throughout the venue.

Is The Camp family-friendly?

  •

Yes. Families and children attend The Camp each year. Parents and guardians should review individual event descriptions and use their judgment when deciding which panels, parties, or special activities are appropriate for their children.

Can I bring a stroller?

  •

Absolutely! Strollers are welcome. We simply ask that they do not block walkways, entrances, or emergency exits, especially during busy panels and vendor hours.

Can I wear cosplay?

  •

Absolutely! Cosplay is encouraged. All costumes and props must comply with our weapons policy, code of conduct, and venue safety requirements.
