Can I bring a costume weapon?

  •

Plastic replica props may be permitted after inspection and tagging. Real weapons and wood or metal bats, swords, bows, arrows, knives, firearms, airsoft guns, and similar items are prohibited. Review the complete weapons policy before bringing any prop.

Can I take pictures throughout the event?

  •

Personal photography is welcome in most public event areas. Do not take candid photographs or videos of celebrities at their tables without permission. Photography and recording is prohibited during professional photo ops, premium experiences, and certain panels.

Can I give a celebrity a gift or letter?

  •

Yes. Small gifts and letters are welcome. Remember that many guests are traveling by plane or have limited luggage space, so gifts should be small and easy to transport.

What happens if a celebrity cancels?

  •

Celebrity appearances are subject to change because of filming schedules, travel issues, illness, and other circumstances beyond the event's control. Cancellations will be announced as soon as possible. Applicable refunds for prepaid guest-specific purchases will be handled according to the cancellation policy for that purchase.

Who should I ask if I need help during the event?

  •

You may speak with event staff, volunteers, security personnel, or Guest Services. Do not hesitate to ask questions. We would rather help you than have you miss an activity or feel unsure about what to do.

Which ticket is best for a first-time attendee?

  •

Any ticket can work well for a first-time attendee. General Admission is an easy way to experience The Camp at the lowest ticket level. Inclusive VIP simplifies hotel and breakfast planning while providing additional benefits. Concierge may be helpful for first-time attendees who want more personalized assistance.

What is included with my admission ticket?

  •

Your admission ticket provides entry to The Camp during the dates and hours included with your ticket. It also includes access to many panels and convention activities unless otherwise noted. Autographs, table selfies, professional photo ops, premium experiences, meals, tours, and select special events may require an additional purchase.

Are autographs included with admission?

  •

No. Celebrity autographs are purchased separately at the guest's table unless otherwise stated. Each celebrity and their teams determines their own autograph price and signing policies.
