Is overnight parking allowed for day-trippers?

  •

No, overnight parking isn’t allowed for day-trippers who aren’t staying at the hotel. If you’re not an overnight guest, plan around the standard parking rules rather than expecting to leave a vehicle parked overnight.

Is there accessible/ADA parking available on site?

  •

Accessible or ADA parking on-site is limited to iVIP+ attendees rather than being generally available across all ticket tiers. If accessible parking is something you need and you’re not iVIP+, it’s worth reaching out ahead of time to see what alternatives exist.

What happens if I show up without a parking pass?

  •

If you show up without a parking pass, you’ll be turned around at the gate rather than allowed to park and sort it out afterward. Make sure you have your pass in hand — picked up at Will Call — before you attempt to park on-site.

Is RV or oversized vehicle parking available?

  •

No, RV and oversized vehicle parking isn’t available at the venue. If you’re driving something larger than a standard vehicle, you’ll need to make alternate parking arrangements elsewhere.

How early should I arrive to secure a good parking spot?

  •

Plan to arrive about two hours before doors open if you’re driving in and want a good parking spot. That window accounts for the time it takes to park, catch the shuttle to the event, and make your way through Will Call and into the venue.

Are special events open to plus-ones, or ticket-holder only?

  •

No, every attendee at a special event needs their own ticket regardless of age — there isn’t a plus-one exception where someone can tag along without purchasing entry themselves. Each person participating has to be accounted for individually.

How far in advance do special events typically sell out?

  •

Special events can sell out anywhere from weeks to months ahead of the event itself, and some of the most in-demand ones sell out within minutes of being announced. If you have a specific special event in mind, it’s worth watching the announcement closely and buying immediately rather than waiting.

Is there an after-hours experience exclusive to hotel guests?

  •

No — after-hours experiences aren’t restricted to hotel guests. Even if you’re staying off-site or in an Airbnb rather than the host hotel, you’re still welcome to participate in the after-hours events just like anyone else with the right ticket.
