What is the “at the RV” photo op exactly?

  •

The “at the RV” photo op is staged outdoors at a real Walking Dead RV prop from Seasons 1 and 2 of the show, as described on the photo op schedule page. It’s one of the signature location-based photo experiences unique to The Camp rather than a standard studio-style backdrop shot.

Why are RV photo ops weather-dependent?

  •

Because the RV photo op is staged outdoors around the physical prop itself, it’s exposed to the elements the same way any outdoor setup would be. That outdoor placement is what makes weather a factor for this particular op in a way it isn’t for the indoor photo ops.

What happens to my RV photo op if it rains?

  •

If it rains, the RV photo op doesn’t get cancelled — it simply moves indoors to the standard photo op backdrops instead. You’ll still get your photo, just without the RV itself in frame.

Is the $10 weather refund automatic, or do I have to request it?

  •

The refund is automatic — if the RV op has to move indoors because of rain, $10 is refunded to you without needing to request it. Keep in mind that a full refund isn’t offered in this scenario, only the $10 partial refund tied specifically to losing the RV backdrop.

Are the RV and Chair ops available both event days or just one?

  •

Based on the 2026 photo op schedule, the RV op ran on Saturday and the Chair op ran on Sunday, with each one available on its specific single day rather than across the whole weekend. It hasn’t been confirmed yet whether the 2027 schedule follows that same one-day-each split.

Do special prop photo ops cost more than standard ones?

  •

Yes, the special prop photo ops (at the RV and in The Chair) do cost more than the standard photo ops. The premium reflects the fact that you’re getting a location-based experience with an authentic prop rather than a standard backdrop shot.

Can I combine a prop photo op with a guest photo op?

  •

The prop photo ops aren’t offered as a standalone purchase — they’re only available paired with a guest, so you can’t book time with just the RV or just the Chair on their own. Think of the prop as an enhancement to a guest photo op rather than a separate product.

Who is “Y’allywood Tours” and what’s their role with the RV?

  •

Y’allywood Tours is The Camp’s preferred tour company, and they’re the ones who supplied the real RV prop used in the “at the RV” photo op. Beyond that one photo op, they also run all of The Camp’s official celebrity location tours throughout the weekend.
