Can I pre-purchase autographs for multiple guests as a bundle?

  •

Autographs and selfies can’t be pre-purchased as a bundle for multiple guests since they’re bought individually at each table. Photo ops are the exception — those can be pre-sold or purchased at the event — while special events are pre-purchased ahead of time and often sell out before the weekend starts.

What happens if I buy an autograph and the guest leaves early?

  •

This scenario isn’t really possible under The Camp’s system, since autograph tickets aren’t pre-sold in the first place — you simply pay at the table when you get there. Because there’s no advance purchase, there’s nothing to lose if a guest happens to leave early.

Are autograph tickets refundable if I don’t get to use them?

  •

Since autograph tickets aren’t pre-sold to begin with, refund eligibility isn’t really a relevant question — you pay for the autograph directly at the table when you reach the guest, rather than buying a ticket in advance that could go unused.

Can I get an autograph without also getting a photo op?

  •

Yes, absolutely — autographs and photo ops are two completely separate purchases, so you can get one without the other. Buy just the autograph if that’s all you’re after, no photo op required.

What’s the deposit amount to start a payment plan?

  •

Deposit amounts for a payment plan vary depending on when you register and which package you select, so there isn’t one flat number that applies across the board. The exact deposit for your specific package and timing is shown on tickets.thecampevents.com when you go through checkout.

What happens if I miss a payment plan installment?

  •

The Camp builds in a 60-day grace period before terminating a payment plan over a missed installment, so a single missed payment won’t immediately cancel your plan. If a payment stays missed beyond that 60-day window, a late fee applies on top of catching up the balance.

Is there interest charged on payment plans?

  •

No interest is charged on payment plans — instead, there’s a flat fee, which is explained on the payment plan registration page when you set up your plan. That flat fee structure means you always know the total cost upfront rather than watching interest accrue over time.

Can I pay off a payment plan early?

  •

Yes, absolutely — you can pay off a payment plan early by emailing contact@thecampevents.com. Include how much you’d like to pay and the last four digits of the card you want the payment charged to, and the team will process it manually rather than waiting for the scheduled installments.

Is there a fee for using a payment plan versus paying in full?

  •

Yes, using a payment plan comes with a flat fee rather than being cost-neutral compared to paying in full. That fee is explained on the payment plan registration page before you commit, so you can see the exact cost difference before choosing between paying upfront or spreading it out.
