Yes — Inclusive VIP attendees receive both a badge and a wristband, while General Admission attendees receive a wristband only. What actually gets you in the door is the wristband, not the badge, so if you’re an iVIP guest and lose or remove your wristband, having the badge alone won’t let you enter.
Yes — because Inclusive VIP ticket holders check in during the early Will Call hours reserved for iVIP, they also get first access to purchase new merchandise before General Admission attendees are let in. It’s a byproduct of that earlier check-in window rather than a separate merch-specific perk.

Getting back to the ship on time is the passenger's responsibility. This follows standard cruise industry policy – the ship will not wait for late passengers, so build in extra time when you're off the ship at a port.
