If you're feeling unwell, we encourage you to take a break, visit your hotel room if applicable, or seek assistance from event staff. If you require medical attention, notify a staff member immediately so we can assist you.

Our event staff, volunteers, security personnel, and Guest Services team are available throughout the weekend to answer questions and assist attendees. Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.

Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult throughout the event. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behavior during the weekend. All children under 18 are required to be directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian after 9PM.

Only approved vendors are permitted to sell merchandise or services at The Camp. Unauthorized sales, solicitations, or commercial activity are prohibited.

No. Distribution of flyers, advertisements, business cards, or promotional materials without prior approval from The Camp is not permitted.

Small handheld signs are generally welcome as long as they do not obstruct the view of other attendees or interfere with the event. Large signs, banners, or anything that blocks walkways or creates a safety concern may not be permitted.

Portable chairs are generally not permitted inside the convention unless medically necessary or specifically approved by event staff.

To ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to enjoy panels and events, we ask attendees not to save large sections of seating. Staff may ask guests to consolidate seating during busy events.
