Absolutely! We encourage attendees to have fun and be creative. As long as your pose is quick, respectful, and approved by the guest, we'd love to see your personality shine in your photo.

Will my digital photo be available immediately?
Digital downloads are usually available shortly after the event. Instructions for accessing your digital photo will be provided by the photography company.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with my photo after the event?
If you experience an issue with your print or digital download after the event, please contact the official photography company using the information provided during the convention. If you're unsure who to contact, feel free to reach out to The Camp and we'll point you in the right direction. Food & Drinks
What food options are available?
The Crowne Plaza features a full-service restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night bites. In addition, concession stands inside the convention center will offer quick-service food, snacks, and beverages throughout the weekend.
Are vegetarian options available?
Yes! Vegetarian options are available at the venue. Inclusive VIP breakfast also includes vegetarian selections.
Are vegan options available?
Yes! Vegan options are available at the venue, including during the Inclusive VIP breakfast buffet. Menu offerings may vary throughout the weekend.
Can I bring gifts or letters for the celebrities?
Absolutely! Guests truly appreciate thoughtful letters and small gifts from fans. Please keep in mind that many celebrities travel by plane and have limited luggage space, so smaller gifts are always appreciated.
Can I ask a celebrity to sign my body or clothing?
Some guests may be willing to sign clothing or other wearable items. However, signing skin or body parts is entirely at the guest's discretion and may not be permitted.
Are celebrities allowed to refuse autograph requests?
Yes. Guests reserve the right to decline signing certain items or requests. We appreciate everyone's understanding and encourage attendees to respect each guest's personal preferences.
Can I meet celebrities without purchasing an autograph or selfie?
You're welcome to visit celebrity tables, but extended conversations, posed photos, and autographs typically require a purchase. Please be respectful of other fans waiting in line. Some celebrities may not allow meet and greets at their discretion.
