Why should I stay at the host hotel?
Staying at the host hotel means you're right in the middle of the action! You'll be just steps away from celebrity guests, panels, vendors, evening events, and all of the excitement throughout the weekend. It also makes it easy to return to your room whenever you need a break. Tickets & Registration
Can I buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are still available, they may be purchased at the event. However, many ticket types—including Inclusive VIP packages and special events—sell out well before the convention. We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot.
Will tickets sell out?
Some ticket types have limited quantities and may sell out before the event. Our Inclusive VIP packages are especially limited and have sold out months before the event in previous years. Purchasing early gives you the best selection and pricing.
Are children free?
Children 7 and under receive complimentary general admission with paying adult. Each adult may have up to 2 children with them. Children 8 and up require a ticket.
Can the Concierge Team help me plan my weekend?
Absolutely! Our Concierge Team can help answer questions about the schedule, recommend the best times to attend activities, and help you make the most of your weekend.
Can the Concierge Team answer questions about my tickets?
Yes. Concierge guests have access to dedicated assistance for many event-related questions throughout the weekend.
Will Concierge help me if I have a problem during the event?
Absolutely. If you encounter an issue during the convention, our Concierge Team will do their best to help resolve it or connect you with the appropriate staff member as quickly as possible.
Will the Concierge Team help with celebrity schedules?
Our Concierge Team can help explain the published schedule and answer general questions, but they cannot guarantee celebrity availability or make changes to guest schedules.
Can Concierge guarantee I meet every guest?
No. While Concierge is designed to enhance your experience, it cannot guarantee autograph availability, photo ops, panel seating, or celebrity interactions.
