Can I upgrade from a Single to a Double, Triple, or Quad package?
If inventory is still available, we'll be happy to help you upgrade your package by paying the difference in price.
Can I upgrade to Inclusive VIP+ later?
Yes! If Inclusive VIP+ packages are still available, you may upgrade by paying the difference in price.
Can I request a King room?

Can I request two Queen beds?
There is an additional fee to guarantee room type. Please email contact@thecampevents.com for details.
Can I transfer my ticket to a future event?
No. Tickets are valid only for the event and dates for which they were purchased. They cannot be transferred to a future Camp event.
Are General Admission tickets refundable?
No. All tickets are nonrefundable. Review your schedule, travel plans, and ticket details carefully before completing your purchase.
Are payment plans available for General Admission?
Payment plans are not available for General Admission tickets.
Can I use Klarna, Affirm, or another financing service?
Available payment and financing methods are displayed during checkout. If Klarna, Affirm, or another installment option is supported, it will appear as a payment choice.
Can I split the purchase between two cards?
Split payments are not offered, you will need to use one payment method or select an available payment plan.
