What does early entry mean?

  •

Eligible Inclusive VIP attendees may enter the convention one hour before General Admission on both Saturday and Sunday. Early entry gives you additional time to explore the venue, visit vendors, and begin getting in line for participating celebrity guests.

Does early entry guarantee that I will be first in line?

  •

No. All eligible Inclusive VIP attendees may use the early-entry period. Lines, guest availability, and operating times may still vary. Early entry does not guarantee a specific place in line or access to a particular guest.

What does early access to pre-sales mean?

  •

Eligible Inclusive VIP attendees may receive an opportunity to purchase select photo ops and special event tickets before they are released to General Admission attendees. Pre-sale access does not guarantee availability. Limited experiences may still sell out. iVIP+Concierge ticket holders do receive guaranteed event purchase access for 7 days after the event goes on sale.

Are panels included with every ticket?

  •

Many standard celebrity panels are included with event admission. Select premium panels, workshops, meals, tours, parties, and special experiences may require a separate ticket. Always review the individual activity description.

Are special events included with admission?

  •

No, activities are not included, other than access to the celebrity hall, vendor hall, photo op area, and select panel stage activities. The event description or schedule will identify whether a special event is included with admission or sold separately.

Can General Admission attendees purchase photo ops and special events?

  •

Yes. General Admission attendees may purchase eligible photo ops, autographs, selfies, and special event tickets while supplies last. Some experiences may first be offered through an Inclusive VIP pre-sale and sell out before General Admission receives access.
