When will the schedule be available?

  •

The complete schedule is released closer to the event after guest appearances, panels, photo ops, and special activities are confirmed. Major experiences will be announced before the full schedule is published.

Can the schedule change?

  •

Yes. While we do our best to keep the schedule as accurate as possible, guest availability, travel delays, filming commitments, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may require changes. We appreciate your understanding and recommend checking the schedule regularly throughout the weekend.

How early should I arrive for a panel?

  •

Popular panels can fill quickly, so we recommend arriving early. Panel seating is first come, first served unless the event description states otherwise. Select rows will be reserved for iVIP ticket holders.

How early should I arrive for a photo op?

  •

Plan to arrive approximately 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled photo op session. Do not arrive excessively early, as crowding the photo op area can make it harder for current groups to check in.

What happens if two activities overlap?

  •

With many activities happening throughout the weekend, schedule conflicts are possible. Review the schedule in advance and prioritize the experiences that matter most to you. Leave extra time between activities for lines, walking, and unexpected delays. The Camp is not responsible if you over schedule yourself.
