Some guests are happy to write famous quotes or character names, while others prefer not to. Requests are always at the discretion of the celebrity.

Physical interactions are always at the comfort level of the guest. Some celebrities enjoy hugs, while others may prefer handshakes, fist bumps, or no physical contact. Please always respect the guest's wishes and follow any instructions from their handlers or event staff.

Many guests are happy to shake hands or greet fans, but every celebrity has their own comfort level. Please respect each guest's personal preferences.

If you've purchased a selfie, yes! Please follow the guest's instructions and any directions from event staff. Candid photos without purchasing a selfie are not permitted.

Please be respectful of our celebrity guests and fellow attendees. Video recording at autograph tables is generally not permitted unless the guest specifically approves it. Please ask before recording.

You're welcome to take photos of the event, but please avoid taking candid photos of celebrities at their tables without permission. Purchasing a selfie is the appropriate way to receive a photo with a guest.

While cancellations are rare, they can happen due to filming schedules, travel issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a guest cancels, we'll announce it as soon as possible through our website and social media. Wait times vary depending on the popularity of each guest and the time of day. Some lines move quickly, while others may have longer waits. We appreciate your patience and recommend planning ahead if there's a guest you don't want to miss.

Please speak with the line volunteer before leaving the line. Depending on the situation, they may be able to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that your place in line can be held.
