What happens if my favorite guest cancels?

While cancellations are rare, they can happen due to filming schedules, travel issues, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. If a guest cancels, we'll announce it as soon as possible through our website and social media. Any applicable refunds for prepaid autograph, selfie, or photo op purchases will be processed according to our cancellation policy. Event tickets are non-refundable.
