Some ticket types will increase in price as the event approaches or as inventory becomes limited. Purchasing early is the best way to secure the lowest available price.

Do you offer military, first responder, healthcare worker, teacher, or student discounts?
At this time, we do not offer standing discounts for military personnel, first responders, healthcare workers, teachers, or students. If any special promotions become available, they will be announced on our website and social media channels. Schedule
When will the schedule be released?
Our event schedule is released in stages as we continue confirming celebrity appearances, special events, and activities. While we'll announce major events throughout the year, the complete weekend schedule is typically finalized closer to the event. Be sure to follow us on social media and check our website for the latest updates.
What happens if a guest cancels?
Occasionally, a guest may need to cancel due to filming schedules, personal obligations, illness, or circumstances beyond anyone's control. If this happens, we'll announce the cancellation as soon as we're notified. Any applicable refunds for prepaid autograph, selfie, or photo op purchases will be handled according to our cancellation policy.
How do I know if the schedule changes during the weekend?
Any important schedule changes will be announced through our social media channels whenever possible.
What’s included with my Inclusive VIP hotel package?
Inclusive VIP packages include two nights of hotel accommodations (Friday and Saturday night), breakfast meal credits for Saturday and Sunday morning, early entry into the convention, and additional Inclusive VIP benefits. Please review your ticket description for the complete list of included perks.
Can I book extra nights?
Yes! If you'd like to arrive early or extend your stay after the event, you're welcome to reserve additional nights based on hotel availability. We will provide you with instructions on how to do this in winter 2027.
Can I stay longer than the event?
Absolutely! Many attendees choose to extend their vacation to explore Peachtree City, Senoia, or the Atlanta area before or after The Camp. Additional nights are subject to hotel availability.
Can I request a specific room?
No, unfortunately you are not able to due to hotel occupancy. ADA rooms are available in limited quantities.
When will hotel reservations be confirmed?
Guests who reserve directly through the hotel will receive confirmation according to the hotel's booking process. Inclusive VIP hotel assignments and additional details will be communicated closer to the event.
