What happens if a guest cancels?

Occasionally, a guest may need to cancel due to filming schedules, personal obligations, illness, or circumstances beyond anyone's control. If this happens, we'll announce the cancellation as soon as we're notified. Any applicable refunds for prepaid autograph, selfie, or photo op purchases will be handled according to our cancellation policy.
