What will my hotel include?
If you purchase a Single Inclusive VIP you will receive a king room or double queen based on availability, which has 1 king bed for Friday and Saturday Night. If you purchase a Double Inclusive VIP, Triple Inclusive VIP, or a Quad Inclusive VIP you will receive a queen room, which has 2 queen beds for both Friday and Saturday Night.
What will my meals include?
As an Inclusive VIP, you will receive a meal credit for Saturday and Sunday’s breakfast buffet at the on site restaurant. The Menu includes options for our meat-eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Additional information coming soon!
Can I make payments on my Inclusive VIP?

Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
ALL tickets are non-refundable. If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person this may be done by emailing contact@thecampevents.com. There is a transfer fee if you need to transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. If you have a credit, you may not transfer or sell this credit to anyone. Credits expire after 365 days. We will not be offering credits for any tickets sold after January 1, 2024 due to contractual agreements between The Camp, LLC and our event vendors.
