Where is the merchandise/artist alley located relative to the panels?

Vendors, artists, panels, photo ops, celebrities, and more are all located under one roof, so there isn’t a separate hall specifically for merchandise or artist alley relative to the panels. That layout makes it easy to bounce between activities without much walking.
