THE CAMP CRUISE GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering the The Camp Cruise Giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Camp, which shall be final regarding all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by:

The Camp LLC, doing business as The Camp

The sponsor is referred to throughout these Official Rules as “The Camp” or “Sponsor.”

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins when the official Giveaway post is published on Monday, July 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Saturday, August 1, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

The Camp’s computer and account records will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.

Employees of The Camp and individuals directly involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for confirming that participating in the Giveaway is permitted where they reside.

4. How to Enter

An eligible person may receive up to three entries, with no more than one entry available through each of the following entry methods.

Facebook Entry

To receive one Facebook entry, an entrant must, during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Follow The Camp’s official Facebook page;
  2. Like the official Facebook Giveaway post; and
  3. Leave a comment on the official Giveaway post stating who they would bring on The Camp Cruise.

Sharing the Giveaway post or tagging friends is appreciated but is not required and will not provide an additional entry.

Instagram Entry

To receive one Instagram entry, an entrant must, during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Follow The Camp’s official Instagram account;
  2. Like the official Instagram Giveaway post;
  3. Tag three friends in a comment on the official Giveaway post; and
  4. Share the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story.

The Story must be visible to The Camp so the entry can be verified. Entrants with private accounts must send The Camp a direct-message screenshot showing the qualifying Story share before the Giveaway Period ends.

Email Entry

To receive one email entry, an entrant must send an email to contact@thecampevents.com during the Giveaway Period.

The email should use the subject line “The Camp Cruise Giveaway Entry” and include the entrant’s:

  • Full name;
  • Age; and
  • Email address.

No social-media account is required to use the email entry method.

Entry Limit

Each eligible person may receive:

  • One Facebook entry;
  • One Instagram entry; and
  • One email entry.

The maximum is three entries per person.

Repeated comments, additional friend tags, additional Story shares, duplicate emails, or entries submitted through multiple accounts belonging to the same person will not provide additional entries.

Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, late, or mechanically reproduced entries are prohibited and may be disqualified.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one The Camp Cruise Double iVIP+ Interior Cruise Package for the winner and one guest aboard Royal Caribbean’s Jewel of the Seas, sailing October 16–19, 2026.

The prize includes:

  • One interior stateroom for two people;
  • The applicable cruise fare for the winner and one guest;
  • Applicable cruise taxes and fees;
  • Standard gratuities included with the package; and
  • The Camp iVIP+ benefits included with the Double iVIP+ Interior Cruise Package.

The approximate retail value of the prize is $1719.99.

6. Expenses Not Included

The prize includes only the The Camp Double iVIP+ Interior Cruise Package described above.

The winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses, including, without limitation:

  • Passports and other required identification or travel documents;
  • Airfare;
  • Ground transportation;
  • Transportation to and from the cruise port;
  • Parking;
  • Hotels or accommodations before or after the cruise;
  • Travel insurance;
  • Shore excursions;
  • Alcoholic and non-included beverages;
  • Specialty dining;
  • Internet packages;
  • Spa services;
  • Medical expenses;
  • Onboard purchases;
  • Personal expenses; and
  • Any other expense not expressly identified as part of the prize.

The Camp will not reimburse the winner or guest for any excluded expense.

7. Prize Restrictions

The winner and guest must be available to sail aboard Jewel of the Seas from October 16 through October 19, 2026.

The prize:

  • Cannot be transferred or sold;
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;
  • Cannot be applied to another sailing;
  • Cannot be upgraded;
  • Cannot be changed to another stateroom category; and
  • Has no cash alternative.

The winner and guest must travel together on the designated sailing and must comply with all cruise-line identification, documentation, age, health, safety, conduct, boarding, and travel requirements.

Failure to obtain the documents necessary to travel, failure to arrive at the cruise port on time, denial of boarding, or inability to travel for any reason will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation or replacement.

The Camp is not responsible for changes to the ship, ports, itinerary, schedule, onboard services, or sailing made by Royal Caribbean or resulting from weather, governmental action, safety concerns, mechanical issues, public-health concerns, force majeure, or circumstances outside The Camp’s reasonable control.

8. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will take place on or about Sunday, August 2, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The potential winner will be contacted through:

  • A direct message on the social-media platform associated with the selected entry; or
  • The email address used for an email entry.

The potential winner must respond and accept the prize within twelve hours after The Camp sends the notification.

The potential winner may also be required to provide identification, proof of age and residency, guest information, and any releases, affidavits, tax forms, booking information, or other documents reasonably requested by The Camp.

A potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected randomly when:

  • The potential winner does not respond within twelve hours;
  • The notification is returned or cannot be delivered;
  • The potential winner cannot be verified;
  • The potential winner does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • The potential winner refuses or is unable to accept the prize;
  • The potential winner does not provide requested information by the deadline established by The Camp; or
  • The potential winner has violated these Official Rules.

Any alternate potential winner will also have twelve hours after notification to respond and accept the prize.

The Camp is not responsible for direct messages placed in message-request folders, emails sent to spam or junk folders, incorrect contact information, or an entrant’s failure to review their messages.

10. Taxes

Cruise taxes, cruise fees, and standard gratuities are included as stated in the prize description.

The winner remains solely responsible for any federal, state, or local income taxes or reporting obligations resulting from acceptance of the prize.

The Camp may require the winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation before the prize is fulfilled. The winner may receive an applicable tax-reporting form reflecting the prize’s fair market value.

11. Verification and Disqualification

The Camp reserves the right to verify all entries and entrant information.

The Camp may disqualify any entrant who:

  • Submits false or misleading information;
  • Attempts to obtain more entries than permitted;
  • Uses multiple or fraudulent identities or accounts;
  • Uses bots, scripts, automated entry methods, or other improper methods;
  • Tampers or attempts to interfere with the Giveaway;
  • Harasses The Camp, another entrant, or any person associated with the Giveaway; or
  • Violates these Official Rules.

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entry will be considered submitted by the authorized account holder of the social-media account or email address used to enter, subject to verification by The Camp.

12. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for The Camp to announce and use the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, statements, and prize information for reasonable promotional, advertising, and administrative purposes without additional payment or approval.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless The Camp, Royal Caribbean, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, representatives, successors, and assigns from claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or relating to:

  • Participation in the Giveaway;
  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize;
  • Cruise travel;
  • Personal injury, illness, death, or property damage;
  • Technical, internet, platform, email, or communication failures;
  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries;
  • Unauthorized human intervention; or
  • Printing, typographical, administrative, or technical errors.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Modification or Cancellation

The Camp reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, extend, or cancel the Giveaway when fraud, technical failures, platform interruptions, legal requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond The Camp’s reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is terminated early, The Camp may select a winner randomly from eligible entries received before the termination, when lawful and reasonably practical.

15. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, select and notify the winner, fulfill the prize, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of the Giveaway.

Entry information will not be sold to Royal Caribbean, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta as part of this Giveaway.

16. Social-Media and Cruise-Line Disclaimer

This Giveaway is sponsored solely by The Camp.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Royal Caribbean International, Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

Royal Caribbean is not responsible for administering the Giveaway, selecting the winner, reviewing entries, or providing the prize on behalf of The Camp.

By entering, each entrant completely releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from responsibility relating to the administration of this Giveaway.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to The Camp and not to Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or Royal Caribbean.

17. Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to The Camp’s decisions concerning the Giveaway.

The Camp’s decisions are final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
