You can view your reservation online. To make changes, email contact@thecampevents.com. Note that changes made to an existing reservation within 120 days of sailing are subject to a $150 manifest change fee.
After you book, The Camp processes your reservation within 7 days and then sends a registration link for each attendee in your stateroom. Every guest must complete this registration in order to board.

The ship embarks October 16, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET from Fort Lauderdale. Please arrive within your assigned check-in time slot. All attendees must be checked in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time, or you will not be permitted to sail.

Attendees are not allowed to bring beer or hard liquor onboard. Each adult of legal drinking age may bring one sealed 750 ml bottle of wine or champagne onboard, and only on embarkation day.
Yes, attendees may bring non-alcoholic beverages as carry-on items on boarding day, up to 12 standard cans or bottles per stateroom. Milk and distilled water for medical or dietary use are also permitted.
Online check-in opens 45 days prior to sailing. Complete it at least 3 days before sailing to meet government manifest requirements. Details on how to check in will be emailed to you as the date approaches.
Approximately 120 days before sailing, you'll receive a Royal Caribbean Reservation Number, which gives you access to their Cruise Planner for booking pre-cruise packages and activities.
