What is the cancellation policy?

All payments are 100% non-refundable. Outside travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your trip.

Is there an age requirement?

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older on the date the ship embarks. Guests under 21 may still sail if accompanied by an adult 21 or older staying in the same stateroom.

Am I guaranteed access to all events?

Not necessarily. You may need to pre-register for select events due to capacity requirements, so keep an eye on your email and the onboard schedule for registration windows.

What stateroom types are available?

What if I don’t complete my payment plan?

If you do not complete your scheduled payments, you forfeit your tickets. All payment plans and iVIP tickets are non-refundable, and payment plans carry a $50 financing fee plus variable processing fees and applicable sales tax.
