If you’re not an Inclusive VIP ticket holder, you can arrive at any time regardless of your specific ticket level — there isn’t an early cutoff that keeps General Admission attendees out until later in the day. Just note that Thursday’s Will Call window is iVIP-only, so General Admission check-in doesn’t open until Friday.
