Can GA attendees use the hotel shuttle too?

There are actually two separate shuttles rather than one shared system. One serves off-site parking at the Peachtree City visitor center, meant for locals or anyone not staying at a partnered hotel, while a second shuttle runs directly from Camp partner hotels to the event for guests staying there.
