Follow us on social media, subscribe to our email newsletter, and check our website regularly. New guest announcements happen throughout the year, and we love sharing exciting surprises with our attendees! Photo Ops

What are photo ops?

  • jake

Photo ops are professionally photographed pictures with your favorite celebrity guests. Each photo op includes one professionally printed 8×10 photo, and digital downloads are available for purchase. Photo ops are a quick, fun way to create a lasting memory with your favorite guests.

When do photo ops go on sale?

  • jake

Photo ops are released throughout the year as guest appearances are confirmed. Follow us on social media and check our website regularly for announcements regarding new photo op sales.

Can I buy photo ops at the event?

  • jake

Yes! If a photo op has not sold out, it may still be available for purchase during the event. Availability is not guaranteed, so purchasing in advance is always recommended.

How many people can be in a photo op?

  • jake

Unless otherwise noted: Solo Photo Ops: Up to 2 adults and 2 children may participate. Group Photo Ops: Up to 4 total people may participate. Please review each photo op listing, as some experiences may have different participation limits.

Can I take my own picture during a photo op?

  • jake

No. Personal photography and video are not permitted during professional photo ops. Our photographers work hard to keep the line moving and ensure every attendee receives a high-quality professional photo.

When should I arrive for my photo op?

  • jake

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled photo op time. This allows plenty of time to locate the photo op area and be ready when your group is called.

What happens if I’m late for my photo op?

  • jake

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that late arrivals can be accommodated. Our photo op schedule is carefully planned throughout the day, so we strongly encourage everyone to arrive early. Refunds will not be issued if you are late or miss a photo op.

When do I receive my printed photo?

  • jake

Your 8×10 print is typically available just a few minutes after your photo is taken. You'll receive instructions at the event on where to pick up your print.
