The Camp's official host hotel is the Crowne Plaza Peachtree City. This is where the convention takes place, making it the most convenient place to stay. Can I book the host hotel if I don’t have an Inclusive VIP package?
No. We have reserved the entire Crowne Plaza exclusively for iVIP+ attendees.
Can I leave the convention and return to my room?
Absolutely! That's one of the biggest advantages of staying on-site. Your room is only steps away from all of the convention activities, making it easy to take a break, change clothes, drop off purchases, or simply relax before heading back downstairs.
Do I need to drive to the convention?
No. Since you're staying at the host hotel, everything is within walking distance. Simply leave your room and enjoy the convention.
Can I request adjoining or connecting rooms?
These requests are based on availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request an early check-in?
You may request early check-in directly with the hotel. While they'll do their best to accommodate your request, early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request a late check-out?
Late check-out requests should be made directly with the hotel during your stay. Availability depends on occupancy and hotel operations.
