Are Special Events included with my ticket, or is there an additional cost?

Special Events are always an additional, separately-ticketed cost. They are not included with any ticket tier — not General Admission, iVIP Off Site, iVIP+ On Site, or iVIP+Concierge.

Every ticket tier shows “Special Event Access” on our comparison chart — this means you’re eligible to purchase Special Event tickets when they go on sale. It does not mean Special Events are free or bundled into your ticket price.

Some tiers do include extra perks related to Special Events, but these are about priority to purchase, not free admission:
– iVIP Off Site and iVIP+ On Site get early access to Special Event pre-sales
– iVIP+Concierge gets “Guaranteed Special Event Access” — we hold a Special Event ticket for you for up to 7 days after a pre-sale opens, so you don’t have to worry about it selling out. You’ll still need to purchase it.
