What’s the deadline to lock in sponsorship for the 2027 event?
There’s no hard deadline for locking in sponsorship generally, but signage specifically needs to be finalized by May 1st to guarantee it gets printed and delivered in time for the event. If signage is part of your sponsorship, treat that date as a firm cutoff.
