Eleanor Matsuura

Eleanor Matsuura played Yumiko Okumura, a recurring character in Season 9 who starred in Season 10 and joined the main cast in Season 11 (30 episodes).

Born in Tokyo to an English and Japanese family and raised in Hertfordshire, England, Eleanor trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama in London, graduating in 2004. Her stage work includes the Royal Court Theatre and the Old Vic, and on screen she has played Baron Juliet Chau in Into the Badlands, Bev in Utopia and DI Hopkins in Sherlock. She also works as a voice actor in video games.
